PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is designed for people with chronic health problems including but not limited to heart disease, lung disease, kidney failure, anxiety, depression, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more. In this interactive workshop, people are taught effective tools to better self-managing their condition and its impact on their life. Includes topics such as pain and fatigue management, dealing with difficult emotions, and getting a good night’s sleep. You choose your own goals! Caregivers and significant others are also welcome to sign up and attend as active participants.
