Job Description:

The data entry clerk is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.
Duties include: Answering multi line phone and directing calls to a staff of 50+, answer general inquiries about the Agency. Assist professional staff with keyboarding, mailings and other special projects. Greet and register visitors, and assist with other office needs that may arise.
